Our Student-Involved Conferences are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, September 9-10. Please plan to attend at your scheduled time and bring your child with you to meet with the teacher. This is a great opportunity to discuss your child's progress and set goals for the school year. If you cannot attend your scheduled time, please notify your child's teacher or call the school office at 479-750-8874.

All car riders must be picked up by 2:10 PM, or they should be enrolled in the After School Program. The cost for Wednesdays is $25 per day per child. Join the Walker ROAR After School Program!
Location: Walker Elementary, with Walker Staff
When: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday school days, after school until 5:30 PM, from September 3 to May 1. This program follows the Springdale School 2024-2025 calendar.
Requirements: Parents must attend a meeting on Tuesday, August 27 at 5:00 PM. Students entering grades 1-5 are eligible, with good behavior and regular attendance required.
Transportation: Bus services are available for students who ride bus 153 or 177. Car riders should be picked up promptly at 5:30 PM.
Description: The program offers a snack, academic support with a focus on STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Math) and reading, and dinner.
