Now it’s time for students to put what they learned into practice by creating a Fire Escape Plan:
Here’s what needs to be included in the Fire Escape Plan:
📍 A map or floor plan of your home
🚪 2 exits marked for every room
🌳 An outdoor family meeting location
✍️ A parent/guardian signature
📅 Deadline: Turn in your signed plan to the Walker office by October 30th.
🏆 Bonus: One lucky winner from Walker will be chosen to ride to school in a real fire truck! 🚒💨

ROAR parents, this is a reminder of our Family Night TONIGHT starting at 3:30. There will be games and outdoor activities in the side playground area. Please park in the back parking lot. For those who are car pickup, please come to the back parking lot as that is where our entire student attendance will be for the entire time. We will have hotdogs for all who are attending, so please bring a drink for yourself to have with your hotdog. When you sign in, you will get a ticket to turn in as you pick up your meal. And, as always, this is free for you.
