Dr. Kendrick and Mrs. Paxson's students put their science skills to the test by dissecting owl pellets today! The teachers and students had a fantastic time with this activity!
3rd graders are working hard in their math groups. They are using strategies to solve multiplication problems. Way to go Wildcats! 🐾

The Walker Title 1 & General PTA meeting is in person (tomorrow) on Thursday, October 10th, at 5:30 PM in the new Wonder Lab. To find us, head down the right hall from the office, and look for the double doors on the left.
We’re excited to celebrate Book Character Day with a special STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) session for each grade level in the Wonder Lab on Thursday, October 31st
Each class will enjoy a fun-filled 45-minute session, rotating through hands-on stations . It’s going to be a fantastic day of learning and creativity, and we’d love to have you join us!

Purple Folders went home in backpacks today. Please take time to check your child's folder. Keep the papers that are for home and return any return to school papers.
Good news! The chocolate bars arrived earlier than expected. Students who have returned a permission slip to participate in selling chocolate will be bringing home the bars today.
This morning Kindergarten celebrated learning the Alphabet with a school wide parade. Our teachers and Kindergarteners have worked so hard since the beginning of the year, and they wanted to show that hard work off to the entire school! #SpringdaleFamily
One First Grade class is doing an ELD unit about going on a field trip. So they decided to go on a pretend field trip today to practice their vocabulary and help build background knowledge! #SpringdaleFamily
